  Ensure the products are unused, seals are intact, and all original packaging is preserved; our team will verify these details upon receipt.

  Package and Ship

  Pack the items securely in their original box and wait for our courier partner to arrive for the scheduled reverse pickup at your doorstep.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once the quality check is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
